HARTFORD, Conn. — Several lanes were closed Saturday morning on Interstate 91 southbound in Hartford after a crash involving a vehicle and tractor-trailer.
The right lane was closed between Exits 26-28 on I-91 South in Hartford, according to Connecticut's Dept. of Transportation.
State police said they responded to the scene and arrested the vehicle driver for DUI. No injuries were reported, state police said.
