HARTFORD, Conn. — Around 9:15 a.m. Sunday, Hartford police responded to a ShotSpotter alert on 519 Farmington Avenue.
Police said they found a woman in her 40's who was shot but remained conscious. She was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
According to police, the shots were fired from a passing vehicle.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are currently investigating. The woman's current condition is unknown.
