HARTFORD, Conn. — Hartford Police responded to a gunshot victim that arrived at Hartford Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, early Sunday morning around 1:50 a.m.
According to police, a man in his thirties was shot in his vehicle by Windsor Street at Boce Barlow Way. Shortly after, the victim crashed his car on Interstate 91.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions is currently investigating the situation.
