MANCHESTER, Conn — Labyrinth Brewing Company in Manchester is closing it doors in less than two weeks, according to a Facebook post Tuesday.
The craft brewery will close on July 21 after a six-year run, the post said, noting that "many factors but no single reason" led up to the decision.
The post added that "the short version is: the numbers don't work. This was not a decision we made lightly but it is one we have made nonetheless."
According to their website, Labyrinth Brewing offers a variety of beers, pizzas, special events, live music and a "warm and cozy taproom," along with a covered and heated outside deck as an alternative.
Recognizing the "amazing staff" and "wonderful humans who stepped foot into our taproom," the brewery said that "while this is the end for Labyrinth, it's also the beginning of whatever comes next."
