ROCKY HILL, Conn. — Police arrested a suspect on an assault charge Sunday after an investigation at the Shell gas station on the Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill.
Luis Rolon is facing charges of assault in the second degree and disorderly conduct, Wethersfield police said.
At 12:32 p.m. Sunday, Wethersfield police said they were investigating an incident at the gas station, with assistance from Rocky Hill police and the Capitol Region Emergency Services Team, or CREST, and that there was no active threat to the public.
A FOX61 crew at the scene spotted police cars from Glastonbury, Enfield and Rocky Hill, along with CREST.
Wethersfield police said in an update at 6:16 p.m. that police arrested Rolon.
According to Rocky Hill police, no injuries were reported.
Police have not released any further details at this time.
