MILFORD, Conn. — Three women were arrested after Stonebridge Restaurant bouncers were attacked less than two days apart, according to Milford police Monday.

According to police, officers were at the restaurant on June 28 at 11 p.m. on a private duty detail when a customer, Gisell Materan, 19, of New Haven, was spotted throwing up.

As restaurant bouncers attempted to remove her, Materan punched one in the face, according to police. Police said she also spat on officers at the scene as they attempted to put handcuffs on her.

Materan was arrested and is facing charges of breach of peace, assault in the third degree, assault of a public safety officer, criminal trespass and interfering with an officer. She was released and is set to appear in court in July.

Through her attorney, Materan admitted to drinking while underage, but denied assaulting the officers.

On June 30 at 12:35 a.m., two Stonebridge restaurant customers, identified as Jamie Plumaker, 23, of ATL Highlands, N.J., and Jacqueline Plumaker, 28, of Newport, R.I., were asked to leave by security, according to police.

That's when police said the two "became angry" as Jacqueline Plumaker allegedly "threw a drink at a bouncer and began punching him in the face."

As officers at the restaurant working a private duty detail took Jacqueline Plumaker outside and arrested her, police said Jamie Plumaker began running at them.

As Stonebridge bouncers made an attempt to stop Jamie Plumaker, she bit one in the arm, according to police.

After both were arrested, they were charged with assault in the second degree, interfering with an officer, breach of peace and criminal trespass. Both had $5,000 bonds set and are expected to appear in Milford Superior Court on July 23.
