BROOKLYN, Conn. — One man is dead after a two vehicle crash in Brooklyn Friday afternoon.
Troopers were called to the crash at the intersection of Wauregan Rd and Gorman Rd. When they arrived, they found a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup and a 2007 Ford Explorer had collided.
Sergio Valera Urena, 70, of Providence RI, died at the scene of the crash. The other driver had minor injuries.
This collision remains under investigation and no enforcement action has been taken at this time. Anyone with any information in regards to this collision is asked to call Troop D at 860-779-4900.
